STRAWBERRY

The strawberries are grown in  open and fields and irrigated with drip irrigation, a process which gives  a favourable amount of water and nutrients.

POLKA
A sweet, tasty, solid fruit berry low in aroma. The berry is very versatile in that it is good for eating immediately or for freezing. It is a good berry for making jam, in that the berries remain whole when cooked. A high season berry.

RUMBA
This berry is suitable for delicacies, freezing and decorating cakes thanks to its large size and durability. This is an early variety.

FAITH
A large good-tasting, beautiful berry. A new late variety.

HONEOYE
A berry with a fresh, juicy taste. This early variety berry is hardy and very resistant to transporting and handling. This strawberry is suitable for freezing and making jams and preservaties.

PEAS

The field pea is grown in open fields where they are pre- picked before purchase.  There are two varieties- the Premium pea and the Onward pea.

PREMIUM
The Premium pea has excellent taste and is suitable for immediate consumption or for freezing.

ONWARD

The Onward pea, late variety, is a sweet, tasty and high- fat pea.

FIREWOOD

The trees are felled and cut into 33cm logs between January and April. The logs are split and allowed to dry outside untila midsummer, when they are moved indoors for shelter. The split logs consist of mixed logs or birch, which when ordered can be delivered to the customer and stored in a well- sheltered dry place, so that they are available for immediate use.
